CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy for all yachts *besides all catamarans, catamarans see below

 

The charge of the deposit is to confirm your yacht, and we block the date for another possible booking for that day. Your yacht and crew will be reserved for you.

The balance will need to be paid in full, 2 days before the date of the tour. You will receive an invoice for the balance. When you book a date within 2 days we will need to receive full payment immediately. 

Cancellation Policy

  • When your flight is canceled: Full refund or the possibility of a change in date for your charter  (Must provide proof of the airline cancellation)

  • Possibility of changing the date of your tour with no charge: Up to 2 weeks before the date of the tour.

  • Possibility of changing the yacht/boat, with no charge: Up to 2 weeks before the date of your tour.

  • Cancelation by the guest up to 15 days prior to your date, 25% refund of your deposit/payment.

  • Cancelation by the guest, less than 15 days prior to your date, No refund.

  • Bad Weather: Full Refund or Change Date in case the port is closed by the harbor master.

  • Full refund to the guest, when we can't confirm the date of booking with the boat the guest selected.

VENDER: Catamarans Cancelation Policy

 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be given a 50% refund of the deposit. Failure to cancel your activities within less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in a retainment of the full deposit. Providing there is sufficient notice or a weather situation, this deposit can be used on a different date or activity. If you need to reschedule, but not cancel your dive, we will do everything we can to accommodate you without extra charges. The government will retain 16% Taxes from payments done with all Credit and Debit Cards, be aware that taxes will not be refunded in this situation.
